Zaneta Williams, PKE MBA

Zaneta Williams, PKE MBA, is the Founder and President of Eyeris Industries Ltd., a certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), with certifications through PANYNJ, New York City, Nassau County, New York State, and federal programs. Established in 2006, Eyeris provides mechanical conservation and construction management services throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Guided by her belief in the three P’s, People, Planet, and Process, Zaneta has made sustainability central to her mission. She considers mechanical conservation her “North Star,” championing strategies that reduce carbon emissions, minimize environmental impact, and create healthier communities. Long before green building initiatives became regulatory priorities, she advocated for energy efficiency and environmentally responsible mechanical systems.

With more than 29 years of executive leadership experience, Zaneta is a visionary strategist, entrepreneur, and published thought leader. Recognized as an industry expert in New York City’s building services sector for over two decades, she brings expertise in business development, organizational transformation, infrastructure design, and operations. Her experience includes scaling businesses, launching ventures, navigating emerging markets, and leading complex transitions that deliver multimillion-dollar financial results.

Known for her resilience, strategic thinking, and ability to simplify complex challenges, Zaneta combines sound business judgment with strong ethics and integrity. She also champions community initiatives promoting spiritual growth, financial literacy, and wealth building.

Zaneta earned her PKE MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, concentrating on scaling businesses for exponential growth. She also studied Finance and Economics at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

A Long Island resident, Zaneta enjoys time with her three beloved dogs and staying close to her mother and adult daughter.
