Nancy Carin

Nancy Carin is the Executive Director of BOC Capital Corp., a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution dedicated to expanding access to capital for small businesses and entrepreneurs, particularly those who have historically faced barriers to traditional financing. BOC Capital combines flexible financing with business counseling and technical assistance to help entrepreneurs build sustainable and growing businesses.

Under Carin’s leadership, BOC Capital provides a range of small business financing, including working capital, term loans, purchase order financing and specialized contract financing. Its contract financing programs help small businesses and contractors cover labor, materials, equipment and cash flow needs while performing government and private sector contracts.

Carin brings extensive experience in community economic development, small business lending and supporting minority and women owned businesses. Her work has centered on connecting entrepreneurs with capital, technical assistance, and the financial tools needed to successfully compete, perform contracts, and grow.
