Mark O. Brazier, LL.B., EDFP

Mark O. Brazier, LLB, EDFP, is President and CEO of Coinfish Capital Advisors LLC, where he provides interim Chief Lending Officer and Chief Credit Officer coverage and contract credit support to lenders. A senior credit and lending executive with 24 years in community development and commercial lending, including 13 years of SBA 7(a) and 504 lending, he previously served as Senior Vice President and Director of Lending at Community Capital New York (CCNY), a nonprofit CDFI and SBA lender, from April 2025 to October 2026. At CCNY he owned a $15M annual lending goal and the full credit cycle, from credit policy and approvals through monitoring, remediation and board reporting, and he led the organization's migration to LoanWell.

Before CCNY, Mark spent many years at another CDFI, rising from Loan Underwriter to Vice President and Managing Director. There he managed a loan portfolio of about $20M, held delinquency to 1.7% while cutting portfolio delinquencies by 25%, scaled a contractor financing program to about $8M and raised about $15M in capital. Earlier, at Capify, he held conditional approval authority of up to $10M across portfolios in the U.S., Canada, Australia and the U.K. He is credit-trained through Moody's Analytics and JPMorgan Chase.

Mark's work now extends beyond lending to where capital meets technology and impact. Through Coinfish Capital, he builds agentic AI agents that help small businesses automate their operations and become capital-ready, invests in early-stage technology startups and raises capital for investors. He also leads affordable housing and energy efficiency projects across the Caribbean, and he serves on Antigua and Barbuda's Financial Development Planning Board.
